I’ve been  playing live music for 50 years--never made a full time living at it, but I can’t imagine life without performing. I’ve sang and picked guitar in bands and played solo. Lately I’ve combined the two and accompany myself with a high hat. This allows me to improvise without hiring a rhythm section!  The background track you hear was done live in my studio with my high hat and Telecaster. It’s a single track, no overdubs--no frills.
